Here’s an opportunity that every soon-to-be and new parent should consider… There are those emails that you can sign up to get, but sometimes you’ll find yourself swimming in emails. That inbox can be overwhelming!

Here’s a new way to get FREE helpful information to help you through pregnancy and your baby’s first year — via FREE text messages.  text4baby is a FREE “educational program of the National Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition.”

To sign up, all you need to do is text BABY to 511411. It is that simple. For more info, please visit their site.

This is something worthwhile to forward to anyone you know who is pregnant, is thinking about becoming pregnant, or who has a new baby. Please send it on to folks who work with people in these situations as well. It is a free service that will hopefully help many babies to be born healthy and live healthy lives!
